One room is available within the basement level of our home. You will have access to the attached living space and bathroom on the basement level only. The following spaces and items are available to the lodger. The existing roommates will not be using these items. In the bathroom you will have your own shower, sink and toilet. Within the living space you will have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, mini refrigerator, mini freezer, dining table, TV and couch.

The common space that will be shared with the existing roommates is the laundry room that is located in the basement level bathroom. We will access the space weekly to do our laundry. You may use the washing machine and dryer.

Our home is located in a cul-de-sac in the back of the neighborhood. The basement level lodging space has its own access through a gated backyard. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV and closet. Internet, water, power, washing machine and dryer, standard trash pickup and parking is included. The guest renting the one room has access to the attached spaces on the basement level only
