I am clean, peaceful and respectful of space, property, time and privacy and expect the same of you. My neighborhood is quiet, safe, and offers access to a gated pool and tennis courts. 30-35 min from ATL downtown and minutes from GGC, GTC, Mall of GA, Sugarloaf Mills and Dining.

Rent includes:
-Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Garbage, Security Alarm)

-Access to shared kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and designated cabinet and fridge space.

- Laundry room with high-end washer and dryer

- Furnished wooden deck, in a large private backyard

The home contains central heating and air, high ceilings, oak stairs and hardwood floors throughout.

Your living space includes a keyed lock, ceiling fan, window, personal closet, Cabinet space, fridge space, and adjacent bathroom. May be furnished (+100/mo) or unfurnished if you choose.

I do not wish to rent to multiple people or to an individual who owns a pet. I am not a neat freak but if you make the mess you are expected to clean the mess. Smokers are fine but must be done outdoors. Out of respect, absolutely no overnight guests or parties.

A Background check, First month's rent + security deposit are required
Renter must have steady employment; NO work from home.
