This is a fully furnished 2-bedroom Farmhouse cozy apartment in Duluth (right next to John's Creek). The available room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom. Person renting this room has access to common areas such as balcony, living room with a TV, dining room, kitchen with a China set and all utensils and appliances in the kitchen. Renting agreement is 8 months long, not less, not more. I am not renewing my lease on July 2027 due to relocation abroad. All, absolutely all the utilities and services are included: Water, electricity, gas, internet. Rent is due the 1st. of the month. Deposit is $500 returned upon turning in keys. This is a very calm and quiet community and apartment. It is a sacred place. No parties, no illegal substances. No drama.
