MUST READ. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to rent a room in Duluth (near Town Green Park and Duluth High School area).

The ad is open for a female that is open to rooming with a married Korean couple (31M, 39F) in this house. We are also expecting our first baby, so must be more than okay with a baby in the house (partially why we have the price so low for a house this big lol). We also have two cats, so bonus points if you love cats.

Must be clean, respectful, and open-minded to sharing the space with our house rules. As you can see in the photos, this is a pretty spacious house, so it’ll be a great opportunity to hang out together. Also, it’s very close to Duluth Town Green with all of its food, coffee, and drink spots.
