The house has an updated kitchen with a gas stove, inhome laundry, enclosed porch, large backyard, composting, and free street parking.

It’s close to the Westside BeltLine, Kroger, Westview Corner Grocery, Lee + White restaurants and breweries, parks and trails, with easy access to I. West Lake and West End MARTA stations are both about an minute drive away, and the and bus lines stop within walking distance.

This is an energyconscious, strictly nonsmoking home, and unfortunately there’s no space for additional pets.

I live upstairs in a somewhat separate part of the house with my own bedroom, bathroom, and office, and I work from home.

I’m hoping for a friendly, relaxed household where people are comfortable doing their own thing but occasionally share a meal or hang out. I like hosting house checkins so we can coordinate chores and solve small frictions before they become big issues.

I keep the common spaces clean and occasionally have friends over for dinners or small gatherings, but this is not a party house.

I’m a queer woman in my early s. I work in tech and teach workshops on embodiment and connection. Outside of work, I’m into dancing, art, reading, and parades.
