Private unfurnished bedroom/bathroom for rent in West End home. Freshly painted and deep cleaned, this lovely space has great natural light. I own and live in the house along with my younger brother, who rents the third room/bath upstairs. We're looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, dog loving tenant to join our household. The house is on a hill tucked away from a quiet street and has plenty of street parking available. We are conveniently located a few minutes from I-20 and the West End Belt Line & Lee/White breweries. Though we do not have any pets in the household, I am an avid pet sitter, and host dogs from time to time. We are looking for applicants that do not have any pets as well. Though my brother and I are under 40 years old, we are not a party household. However, tenant is welcome to smoke cigarettes outside on the front or back porch. Layla (homeowner) I am 39 years old. I've worked as a television producer for the last 18 years. I currently work in post production entirely from home usually from 10 am - 7 pm. I eat most of my meals at home but keep the kitchen tidy. I am also a pup sitter, but have had clients for years and only take well behaved pups who are not destructive or bark. I do all the deep cleaning and yard work. Though I'm home bound 5 days a week, I like to be in and out of the house on the weekends. I love movies/TV, reading, hiking and music.

Jake - 37 years old. Jake is my younger brother. He works for Estes, an HVAC company in Atlanta. He typically leaves for work around 7 am and gets home in the early afternoon. He rents the bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Cooks once in a while and helps with repairs in the home. He likes animals as well and loves tinkering with his Harley motorcycle that's parked out back. Jake keeps to himself in his room most the time and is very easy going.
