About the space:
Unfurnished private bedroom and off-suite Private bathroom available for rent. Shared living, dining, kitchen, and small back yard/patio also accessible. Off-street parking, in unit shared laundry.

About you:
Seeking a quiet, respectful house mate. Strong preference for someone who is LGBTQIA+ aligned or female-identified. Must get along with my dog.

About my dog:
Hachiko is an 8 year old male shiba-chi. I rescued him when he was 18 months old. We have worked extensively with an animal behavioralist, but he still has particular triggers that need to be accomodated.

Rent pricing/concessions:
Rent is entirely negotiable. Much more interested in a good personality fit for me and my dog than generating income. Someone who is willing to help with home improvement projects and willing to dog sit occasionally is ideal.

Other animals:
No cats (I'm very allergic). Another dog will be considered as long as Hachiko approves.
