A straight, no-nonsense, love my quiet type.

The room I’m renting is located in Fairburn, Georgia. It is a medium sized room and is furnished. I also have a medium sized unfurnished room available. You have access to a private bathroom on the same floor as the room , as well as use of the washer /dryer room. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. You can conveniently park your car in my driveway. I’m looking for mature females or males aged 27 through 60 who are authentic, respectful, kind, clean, organized, quiet, and respects people’s boundaries and space. You should know that I’m looking for someone who works, or is bringing in a steady monthly income and is reliable at paying rent on time and always .( No excuses are given please on not paying the monthly amount and being late with it ). This is a strict smoke-free property (indoors and outdoors).
No pets allowed.
No parties are permitted. The home has a quiet atmosphere. It’s decorated very nicely and clean always. I have one pet, a small shih-tzu who is an adult dog . She is sweet , loving and friendly. P. S. Please whoever is interested, do yourself a favor and verify, so this room you can occupy . Thank you kindly ! If we have the proper communication and you are serious and responsible about renting a room, I have no problem allowing you to view my entire home and the rooms.
