Bedroom 2 Room (Queen bed)

Bedroom 1 (main level) will have a full bed in the bedroom, full use of the full size kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a small patio out the backdoor that comes with their room as well. There is a driveway available to rent for $25 a week (if still available at the time of request) and there is street parking in front of the house.

Bedroom 2- (Upstairs). Has a queen bed and a balcony off of the bedroom. Full bathroom is just outside the bedroom (for bedroom 2 use only). Microwave, TV and small dorm fridge can be requested for no charge.

Washer/dryer available- each tenant will have 2 assigned days to use per week. There is 1 shared living area if tenants would like to use. Sofa in the living room (no tv) and a dining sitting area that can be used as a working space.
