This bedroom is an en suite --has a room inside the bedroom that has a full bed. Which gives you 2 beds in the bedroom. There is a balcony that faces back of the house that has a door from the bedroom. A tub/shower combo is in the bathroom. Rent is for 1 person, but you can add a second person for a small price. We will start out as short term (29 days) and can discuss longer term if needed. Combination lock in on the door. TV, small fridge and microwave is available if needed (We will put in the bedroom). There is a driveway that can be rented for 2 cars (additional $25 a week), and there is also street parking in front of the house. Publix is a short walk away as well as several restaurants. ---There are 2 other bedrooms in the home that also will have renters in them. Washer/dryer assigned 2 days a week to each renter Nothing needs to shared, unless you want to use the table in the dining room area or the living room (no TV in the living room)
