Rent is $1,000/month including utilities and Wi-Fi, with a $150 security deposit. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious shared living room with an adjoining sunroom, kitchen, and resident parking. Garage parking is also available through the apartment community for an additional fee. The apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator.
