Hi! I’m Cat, and I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lease, which runs through January 2026.
The unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment shared with one other female roommate. She works full-time, is respectful, and keeps to herself. The total rent is $2,299 plus fees and utilities, which typically comes out to about $1,200–$1,300 per person each month.
You’d be taking over the master bedroom, which includes a spacious private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The apartment is located at The Morgan Sandy Springs, a great community close to grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of things to do.
