I am renting out a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a spare closet and kitchen nook (hot plate and toaster oven included) as well as a fridge in the garage. Perfect for someone professional aged 25-40 who travels for work and only needs a place to stay on weekends.

Details:
- Location: Sandy Springs, conveniently located near Whole Foods, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and various fast-food restaurants. Mutation Brewery is right behind for after-work socializing.

- Access: Your unit is separated with a wall divider from the main level, and you’ll have access to the washer/drier and kitchen as needed. A garage door opener will be provided for easy entry.

- Pets: I have two hypoallergenic Siberian cats who will remain upstairs.

Rental Price: $1600/month, all-inclusive (includes Wi-Fi, HOA fees (water and garbage) and electric. Limited access to upstairs area.

Requirements:
- Ideal tenant should be respectful of space and ideally have no overnight guests.

As a 35-year-old female working in Tech from home, I value a quiet environment but enjoy occasional outings myself.
