The cat loves to make friends, so a great roomie if you like animals but can't have your own. :) We are looking for a longterm roommate who enjoys having a cat around. Whole house is fully furnished, so it's a great starting location for students and transfers. The bedroom can be unfurnished if the new roommate has her own furniture, not a problem. First month rent and a month's deposit to move in with a decent background check. Other pets negotiable based on compatibility.
