Hi! I’m a female homeowner looking for a female roommate to share my home in Roswell. It’s a 4 bed / 2.5 bath 2 story house right next to East Roswell Park.

You’d have two unfurnished bedrooms together with a private bathroom. It’s a great setup for someone who wants a bedroom plus an office or extra space. The rooms and bath are on the other side of the stairs from my room which gives added privacy. Garage parking is included.

You’d also have access to furnished common areas, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, a fenced yard w/deck, a half basketball court, and the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. The house is walkable to restaurants, the library, and the grocery store. It also has easy GA-400 access, is about 15 minutes from downtown Roswell and Alpharetta, and 20 minutes from Sandy Springs and Johns Creek.

I have a dachshund and would consider a well-trained small dog. I’m also open to reptiles, amphibians, and fish. No smoking or vaping.
