I have a semi-furnished basement room for rent in my beautiful Roswell home! The home sits at the end of a 300ft driveway making it feel like you’re on an island with how quiet and peaceful it is!

The room has a bed, desk, Samsung SmartTV, and closet.

Rent includes all utilities, including super fast WiFi for gaming, work, streaming, etc. Quarterly pest control, biweekly lawn service, bi-monthly maids service, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates , paper bowls, napkins, and bottled water are also included in your rent.

Tenant will have access to all common areas to include, kitchen and all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, living room with TV and fireplace, washer and dryer in basement, the really cool back deck w/ fire pits and overhanging bistro lights, and the NEW hot tub out back and mancave in the basement!

If you’re looking for a place that’s super quiet and VERY clean where everyone gets along, this is your place!

Asking $700 per month and for someone who is EXTREMELY clean.
