Spacious Room Available in JUNE!

Hi guys! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my current’s roommate room after they move out. The lease ends in June, so I’m starting to look for someone early in advance so that we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for each other!

Details:
-Rent + utilities ≈ $1,100 (unless rent goes up, but it hasn’t in the last 2 years)
-Location: It’s in Old Fourth Ward, and it’s about a 5 minute drive from midtown, downtown, ponce city market, little five points, and a little less than 10 minutes away from piedmont!
-Apartment: It’s 1,304 sq ft, and it’s a 2b/2b, which you will have your own private bathroom, and the rooms and closets are very spacious.
-Requirements & Finances: Good credit, $100 application fee, $100 to my roommate for security deposit, $150 as well to my roommate for washer and dryer, and you must be able to make around $2,500/month so that we can both make 3x the rent.
-Please be financially responsible!! I have NEVER been late ONCE since I moved out at 18. I would hate to start having bad credit and reputation with my leasing office.

About me: I’m 23 years old and I’m a freshman at GSU, getting my degree in psychology. I will say, I do in fact own a sweet girl dog, so if you love dogs, then we will definitely get along! My dog is also cat friendly, so no worries if you own a cat. I love to go out and drink, usually on weekends, so I do sometimes be hosting on weekends to either pregame or just throw a little party, but I do clean up by the end of the weekend of course. I’m pretty laid back honestly, so having a chill roommate would also be pretty awesome! I also have a girlfriend, so I’m queer-friendly of course. I don’t smoke however, buuut I don’t mind it at all if you smoke inside the apartment. No smoking cigs inside though. I think that’s all! If you have any questions, feel free to text my number.
