it’s an unfurnished 11'5"x12’7 private room for rent. You will have full access to Wash & dryer inside of unit, full access to fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished living area w/free secured WiFi through the unit.

SHARED bathroom (which is why cleanliness is important) Double vanity separate shower from tub.

Perfect housemate:
Someone who is CLEAN, NEAT & ORGANIZED (cannot stress that enough I am a neat freak.
Preferably someone who’s employed and doesn’t WFH. Which would allow some alone personal privacy in the common household area for the both of us if needed.
I work a lot so I’m barely home. Non cigarettes smoker, this is a no high traffic guest household. ( I am very private)
