Looking for someone to assume the remainder of my lease on a 2/2 at Novel Midtown. Approximately 1,100 sq. ft. west-facing top (14th) floor apartment located within walking distance of restaurants, Piedmont Park, the Arts Center MARTA station, and directly across the street from Whole Foods. Wi-Fi is included, water is individually metered and billed with rent, and electricity is through Georgia Power. Parking is available for an additional $75 per month. Pets are allowed with a $400 pet deposit and $25 per month pet rent. I'll double check those numbers when I can access my lease again as the system is undergoing some maintenance. One month of rent is included as an incentive with the lease takeover. Great option for someone looking for a spacious, convenient Midtown apartment with easy access to transit, parks, dining, groceries, and the surrounding neighborhood. Lease term ends 22MAY27, and it is NOT furnished. Will have to go through the Novel Midtown approval process, but can assume the shorter lease at the lower rate.
