Smoking is allowed outside only. We just ask that you're considerate by cleaning up after yourself and keeping shared/common areas tidy.

Good communication is important to us, so we'd like someone who can express their needs and concerns respectfully.

A little about us: We're two honest, easygoing, and hardworking brothers. We both work during the week and are usually off on the weekends. My brother is an avid tennis player, and I'm a gym enthusiast. I also work two jobs Monday through Friday, so the house is generally pretty quiet during the week.
