Newly renovated house. Looking for a roommate. Will have access to full house and yard. Fenced in back yard. Full kitchen and shared bathroom. I’m still moving in myself. Rent is 750 a month and 500 deposit but the deposit can be broken down into 2 payments of 250 with rent. So the first 2 months are 1000 and then 750 a month. Smoking is fine. Utilities seperate. 1 male and 1 female roommate , there will be 3 of us total ( we are not a couple ) currently have 2 cats and one dog , of which mostly stays in Jennifer’s room or patio porch area. I have a 7 year old daughter and 11 year old son who comes to stay with me every other weekend, we are usually out and about or in my room.
