Private room in a calm, clean, co-living environment in Jefferson Park subdivision near Tri-Cities High School. If you need some studio space I most likely can help provide space in our detached two car garage.

Master bedroom available in a co-housing situation (living together without sharing). I've been here almost 6 years and the current, other, resident has been here 4+ years. It's a quiet, calm, clean, and positive living situation. Looking for like minds to be peaceful and save money and stability.

Please lead by telling me about your work history/income over the past 3 yrs or asking questions and NOT asking if it's available. Who has time to post rented properties? I don't.

Rent includes full use of house, laundry, wifi, and utilities. Utilities are split 3 ways. Deposit is required.

MARTA about a mile away, close to Langford Pkwy for quick hwy access, or Lee Street which will take you to downtown Atlanta in 15 min.

*We do have one friendly dog already. I'm selective if I allow another pet but would consider if my dog can interview your dog to make sure they are compatible.
