Spacious Loft in Downtown - private bath & closet

I currently rent a 1500 sqf 2 bedroom loft in Downtown/Grady area. The upstairs loft is currently my home office but will be emptied if someone moves in. It has its own private bathroom and walk in closet. I'm open to installing a ceiling mounted curtain rail or something else if more privacy is wanted.

The apartments has a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has a washer and dryer.

The building has a pool on the ground level, a parking garage, gated entry and is directly next to a Marta station. Its also very central so its easy to get practically anywhere in Atlanta from it.

Roommate wise I'm probably one of the chillest around. If bills are paid all is well. I'm very social so you're welcome to have friends over as often as you want. Its your home to after all! I pitch in and so my fair share of household responsibilities, I expect roommates to do the same.

Please note that I have a cat who is very affectionate. I would expect her to try and snuggle you time to time. Otherwise she's a typical chonky and lazy cat.
