Private room available at The Brady Apartments (930 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta) starting July.

I’m a PhD student at Georgia Tech currently living in a 3B apartment. My roommates are moving out, so I’m looking for 2 clean, respectful roommates to join.

Details:
• Rent: ~$930–$950/month
• One room has a private attached bathroom and will cost ~$150–200 extra
• The other two bedrooms share one bathroom (I’ll be in one of those rooms)
• Utilities: ~$80–100/month
• Location: The Brady Apartments – Howell Mill Rd (very close to Georgia Tech / West Midtown)
• Move-in: July
• Apartment: Modern complex with good amenities, close to campus, restaurants, and grocery stores

Looking for:
• Students or working professionals
