Furnished bedrooms for rent

You will be renting a furnished private room and bath in a 3 level townhome, first and last months rent plus a $550 refundable deposit is required to move in.

The rent includes all utilities, internet, and washer and dryer you also have access to the pool.

The garage is available only for storage as people park infront, and you will share it with the other 2 roommates.

The first room is furnished with a queen sized bed, armoire, nightstands, mini fridge and a 43" smart tv .
The room is on the bottom level and has a small closet in the hallway. You are the only person on that level. The rent Is $1200 a month, First and last month to move in.

The 2nd room is Furnished with a King bed, armoire 50" TV and has a walk in closet. Its located on the TOP level these is another roommate across the hall and the washer and dryer is in the middle. the rent is $1300 a month First and last to move in.

Currently there will be 1 black man in his 40's moving in on the 6th of October.

There is NO SMOKING in the home or drug use of any kind.
pets are allowed with ADDITIONAL $1200 refundable pet deposit But must be kept in the room at all times, unless going to the outside.

You are allowed to have overnight guest but they must be in your room and they must leave when you leave. They should not be there everyday to the point it seems they are living there.

You are not allowed to have a constant flow of strangers hanging out at the house. Unless all 3 tenants agree on a get together or party once in a while.

The town home is in a gated community. 1st and last month to move in plus the deposits. you must be employed and will have to show 2 months bank statements ,last 2 paycheck stubs, your ID and fill out a rental application. I sign 6 months or 1 year leases. Im only renting to 1 single person.
