I am renting a furnished bedroom effective February 2026. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and professional lady.

Application, background check, a refundable. security deposit are required. Rental agreement will be provided. Guest must be employed outside of the home, or attend in person classes.

No smoking, no pets, no couples, no children, no retirees, no remote workers, no overnight guests.

This is a safe community to dwell in. 15 minutes from the airport. Marta bus is three blocks away and there are three or four bus lines that run in the neighborhood.

Twin bed, dresser, desk, computer chair, and TV. If you have your own furniture that is fine.

Eat-in kitchen, parking in front of house, near shopping (3 blocks from Camp Creek Marketplace), dining, movie theater ,and highways.

Not interested in guests that engage in drama; this is a respectful and quiet Christian home. Renter must be able to communicate effectively.

I will only reply to individuals that have photos connected to their profiles. Black History month discount available. Message me for details.
