I am renting a furnished bedroom effective March 7, 2026. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and professional lady.

Application, background check, a refundable. security deposit are required. Rental agreement will be provided. Guest must be employed outside of the home, or attend in person classes.

No smoking, no pets, no couples, no children, no retirees, no remote workers, no overnight guests.

This is a safe community to dwell in. 15 minutes from the airport. Marta bus is three blocks away and there are three or four bus lines that run in the neighborhood.

Eat-in kitchen, parking in front of house, near shopping (3 blocks from Camp Creek Marketplace), dining, movie theater ,and highways.

Not interested in guests that engage in drama; this is a respectful and quiet Christian home. Renter must be able to communicate effectively.
