I am looking for a clean, respectful, and professional person. Single bed, desk, computer chair, bookcase, and closet. Room is ideal for a student. My goal is to rent to someone by Sun/Mon/Tues (4.26 -4/28/26) before May 1st.

Application, a refundable. security deposit are required. Rental agreement will be provided. Guest must be employed outside of the home, or attend in person classes.

No smoking, no pets, no couples, no children, no retirees, no remote workers, no overnight guests.

This is a safe community to dwell in. 15 minutes from the airport. Marta bus is three blocks away and there are three or four bus lines that run in the neighborhood.

Eat-in kitchen, parking in front of house, near shopping (3 blocks from Camp Creek Marketplace), dining, movie theater ,and highways.

Renter must be able to communicate effectively and be able to get along with individuals of different ethnicities.
