The private room is cozy, bright, and filled with natural light, featuring a TV and a private bathroom on the same level. Washer & Dryer available on the same floor as well. Note: The bathroom is not located in the room, but a bathroom solely used by the tenant is on the second floor

The home itself is spacious, with two separate sitting areas, providing plenty of space to relax or work from home. The location is also highly convenient, with quick access to two major interstates and nearby fast food restaurants. In-Person Meeting & Home Walkthrough

Because this is a room rental within an owner-occupied home, an in-person meeting is required prior to finalizing the rental agreement. This meeting provides an opportunity to determine whether the living arrangement is a good fit for both parties and to discuss expectations for maintaining a respectful, clean, and comfortable shared environment.

During the meeting, prospective tenants will also receive a walkthrough of the home, including the available bedroom, bathroom, shared spaces, designated storage areas, parking, and other applicable amenities. House expectations and rental terms will be reviewed, and prospective tenants will have an opportunity to ask questions before moving forward.

This agreement shall be on a month-to-month basis with a minimum initial occupancy of (2) months. After the initial term, the tenant may continue on a month-to-month basis. A full rental/lease agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be provided for review and signature once the room has been officially selected and approved.
