Our home is located in South Fulton. We live in a very nice neighborhood in a large clean 5br 4bath home built in 2012. We are a married college educated couple 53/51 with 2 children ages 15/12. Out of family safety and security concerns no overnight guest. 1 Bedroom on 1st floor with queen bed walking closet witn mini fridge. Share bathroom. We have another bedroom on the 2nd floor with a regular closets and private bathroom similar set up as 1st floor. Include Gig Speed Internet, security and surveillance system, streaming services: Netflix, HBOMAX, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Peacock Premium, Hulu Live TV, Disney +. We also have 2 Refrigerators and 1 Frezzer. I shop in bulk so cleaning and laundry supplies included.
