Looking for a comfortable, laid-back place to call home? I have a fully furnished queen-size bedroom available for rent on the Southside of Atlanta. The room has an open closet and plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. There is a bathroom directly across from the bedroom that would be shared with guests if I have visitors over.

A little about me:
I work from home, so I do spend a good amount of time at home. I have a partner, and we are an LGBTQ+ household. We also have a fur baby who you will hardly see. We are pretty laid-back, easygoing, and go with the flow. We are big on good energy and creating a peaceful and comfortable environment.

We do enjoy having friends and family over from time to time. Sometimes friends may come over during the week or on weekends to listen to music, chat, hang out, and enjoy each other's company. Family is also very important to me, so my nieces and nephews may visit occasionally.

• Respect is very important to me — I believe in giving it and receiving it.
• We respect each other's privacy and personal space and expect the same in return.
• We are smokers and do drink occasionally.
• We enjoy having company, but we also understand the importance of boundaries and personal space.
