Hi. I have a room to rent for an initial period of 6 months. A 8-minute drive to the airport. Fully furnished bedroom room with a closet and a private bathroom. All utilities included. Street parking with an option for garage parking TBD. Use of kitchen as needed as well. Private outdoor area to share. Ideal for workaholics or folks who travel often for work. I’m a nice guy not looking for a friend, but just someone to make some extra cash off of. Just for my personal security and sense of safety in my home, I hope to do an initial 6 months contract with a clause that a 30 day release notice can be given should things not be working out. Beyond the 6 month contract, open to a yearly one. Prefer male roommate.
