New Roomie

Hey there I’m looking for someone to take the 3rd bedroom ASAP. Rent is $700 and I’m asking 1st and last so to move in it would be $1400. 10 minutes away from the airport , 11 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. My current roommate plans on moving in April so I wanted to go ahead and get the other room rented out in preparation for her move. Will also more than likely be renting out the other bedroom after she leaves. You would be sharing the bathroom with a female. A little about me. I’m in my late 20s. I’m an artist and I work full time currently at the airport. I have a small dog named Caramel who’s pretty sweet. If I’m not working I’m usually either at home or out with friends or doing shows. I like anime, gaming, and all things theater related. Also I’m one of those weird crystal girls so do what you want with that info 🤷🏾‍♀️. Ideal roommate would be respectful and able to communicate and keep common areas clean. It’d be cool if we could become friends but it’s not required. I like a clean house so if you know that’s not you please don’t apply. No cats nonnegotiable might consider another small dog as long as our dogs get along you would need to fill out an application with the apartment complex and I do have my own roommate questionnaire for interested individuals to fill out. The lease is up in October with possible option to renew as long as we’re a good fit
