Large Room in West Midtown

I am moving out and my room will be available starting March 1st! My landlord is also posting, but I am the current resident filling my room. You would share the bathroom with a friendly middle-aged woman that has a small hypoallergenic dog. Female roommates preferred but male welcome. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobe and nightstands. The French doors open to an enclosed hallway with sliding glass doors, so you can make your own sort of balcony and there is a lot of light! The living room/ kitchen is furnished between you and the current resident, and the bathroom is shared but you have your own sink cabinet. There’s also a washer and dryer in unit. Rent is $1200 a month and the deposit is $1000. It’s month to month but you can stay as long as needed and the landlord is flexible about qualifications. There is free gated parking, a pool, and tennis courts with bars and restaurants in walking distance. It’s truly a great spot and I’m sad to leave, but please message if you have any questions.
