Hello, I’m a 29 year old working in customer service (events and at the botanical garden)! I’m very social but very laidback, especially at home. Looking for someone (preferably female) to fill the other room in my apartment that would be reliable, respectful, and have good communication as we would share a bathroom but you would have your own sink. Smoke-free would be great, and animals are a potential. I don’t have a ton of company and often am out, and I’m happy to become friends or simply respect your space. It’s month-to month with a $1,000 deposit and we split electricity which is usually around $30 or a bit more a person. The place has a ton of light, a pool, free gated and visitor parking, and great location downtown (highways, stores, bars and restaurants). Partially furnished but would need your own bed.
