A high rise in the heart of Buckhead a private community with excellent concierge service. 32 floors with only 4 units on each floor, the building has over 80 security cameras, has an elevator key fob which only allows you to go to your floor, garage, and amenities floor, and comes with a nice pool, gym, and amenities room. the building was built in 2004 and just entirely renovated in 2016. N0 couples, tenant guest allowed for 48 hours or 2 days once every week must ask for extension after 48 hrs .only looking for one roommate, I am the only person in the unit and I am very cool and keep to myself I have recently been in a car accident so I now have a leg issue, for the most part, I am social and get along with others, do basic cooking and do not mind sharing, I do go to the gym a few times a week trying to resolve my leg issue. other than that all are welcome to inquire. I require a credit check, background check, ID check, and proof of income. I am just looking for specific things so credit does not have to be flawless nor does a background check. these reports must be viewed in order for me to consider, If not I may request an additional deposit.. No pets, first month rent as well as refundable security deposit . utilities will be split between tenants, The room has a queen size bed I just installed I have to upload new photo to show the new bed also I can provide smart tv with certain apps.
