Private room for rent including personal bathroom in a drug and drama free home. There are currently three tenants in the home and there is only one room for rent at this time. There will never be more than 5 residents in the home at one time, since this is a 5 bedroom home. Landlord is responsible for all utilities, lawncare and house maintenance. The common areas are the living room and kitchen areas. The home is has a security system also. The tenants are responsible for the cleanliness of the home.
