Hi there my name is George and I have a room for rent in my apt. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt. There are currently 2 people living here. Myself and another roommate that doesn't have a traditional room. The den and a small portion (10% or so) of the living room is partitioned off to make a makeshift bedroom for said roommate. You would have your own room and a mostly private bathroom. Its in the hallway and its where the washer and dryer are but I share my bathroom and closet with the other roommate Max.

You would only need to rarely share your bathroom with guests and allow use of the washer and dryer. As it is located directly in said restroom (picture attached)

Are you a gamer or do you need a fast internet connection? Both my other roommate and I are avid gamers and I pay for google fiber on its fastest plan. You will not find better internet anywhere as Google Fiber is the only internet service provider that does not have a monthly data cap.

This is a gated apartment complex you will get your own login to open the gate, pool (though its currently closed) and fitness center. They have a small dog park. Please be aware I intend to get a dog at some point in the next few months. So you MUST be dog friendly. The entire reason I chose this apartment was that they had Google Fiber and were pet friendly for bigger dogs but the dog part just hasn't worked out yet.

I have this listed as month to month but I dont know how accurate that is. The hope is to find someone to stay through the duration of the end of this lease April 2027 but it would definitely be month to month period initially. To make sure everyone is a good fit.

Honesty is very important to me. I got screwed over financially by my previous roommate. There is a sense of urgency to finding another person but I am going to be very selective due to this.

The $900 asked for is almost exactly half of the rent plus a small utility portion. The rent amount varies due to the included apt costs and then a small portion of the utilities. The other roommate with the makeshift bedroom generally pays for the majority of the utilities and helps as much with food as possible. He is on SSI/SSDI so what he can contribute is limited.

If you like movies/videogames/anime I've got you covered. I have almost every streaming service which means if you live here you do too. Pretty nice entertainment setup in the living room as well.

Ideally we would like to find someone with similar interests but it isn't required. I am just saying you will enjoy more of the stuff I have here if you do.

I work in electronic sales fulltime and am a comedian my other roommate is trying to get a job but can only work limited hours and is a musician.

I know this is a good deal and a great location. I expect this to go pretty fast and we are trying to get someone relatively quickly but we are going to be picky about it because we have to be. If you are interested please contact me right away and we can chat to arrange a time to meet in person nearby and if things seem like a good fit can show the apt.

Under No circumstances is anyone going to see the apartment without meeting in person first.

Private bedroom semi shared bathroom
Best internet anywhere almost every streaming service.
Must be dog friendly as I intend to get a dog soon.
Be aware there is an additional roommate that lives in part of the living room which has a partition.

The $75 is cost to add to lease this would not be due right away as there would be a 30 day trial period.

Oh I forgot something pretty important both roommates are Gluten Free. Sucks but I dont have a choice I have celiac. If you are too awesome. Not a requirement just something you should know.

Smoking is allowed but ONLY outside. I dont smoke my other roommate does. Drinking is ok as long as it isn't excessive this was one of the problems with the previous roommate and we aren't looking to repeat it again.
