Attic Room

The Space:

Tucked away at the top of the house, this cozy attic room is a true retreat. It comes with private access directly from the backyard, so you come and go completely on your own terms. The room gets tons of natural light and has its own private bathroom. One thing to keep in mind: the ceilings are low, which gives the space a wonderfully snug, nest-like feel ,though it's best suited for folks who aren't tall.

The Setup

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. If you'd like, I can include a queen bed, night tables, etc. You'd have access to a shared kitchen, and there's also the possibility of setting up a small kitchenette in the downstairs area near the back door entry if you prefer more independence.

Short-term stays are welcome.

Who I'm Looking For

I'm hoping to share space with someone who is queer, creative, mature, responsible & respectful, and someone who treats a home like a home. Good energy and mutual consideration go a long way here.
