I have a lovely double room with a large closet available for rent in my Gresham Park home (photos below).

I am an art teacher and have a side hustle as a photographer/videographer. I am looking for a chill roommate who is self-sufficient, tidy, and friendly. I have a cat named Otis and a large, friendly dog named Oscar. Pets are welcome as long as they are not aggressive toward other animals.

The room is currently painted green, but can be repainted upon a long-term lease agreement.

LGBTQ-friendly, my preference is for a female or female-identifying person aged 24-50 with steady employment.
