This room listing is for 1-2 tenants only and each tenant must be the person listed on the reservation. This suite can accommodate up to two adults OR one adult and your child, please contact us prior to booking to add your child to the booking.

About the neighborhood and property
Fully furnished, safe, secure, quiet, and private Boutique: Art-Deco Aesthetic Cozy 3 level Townhome with clean and pretty suites in Sandy Springs, originally a Native American settlement, later founded on the PPP model by our Iron Lady, Queen Mother, and independence pioneer, Eva Galambos. We are right off of 400 North, close to Perimeter Mall, Lenox Square/Buckhead, Alpharetta, and Roswell. Walking Distance (1 mile or less) to grocery store and nail salon, golf course, kayak dock, and park. 11 miles to Truist Park, 15 minutes walking to public transit Marta Bus Stop (the 87 bus takes you to North Springs Station and Dunwoody Station).
WiFi is included. This homestay is located in the panhandle of Sandy Springs where it's quiet/secure and has less traffic, this location is perfect.

About the Designer Suite (#3)
This is a designer 283 sq ft. suite with a large custom walk-in closet.
The Designer Suite (#3) is located on the top floor, comes with its own bathroom attached, there's generally one parking space available; inquire for current parking spaces available for your booking dates. There are two closets in the Designer Suite with plenty of storage room for your things. Amenities: 36" LG Fire TV, Memory KING sized bed, huge walk-in closet with valet rod to plan your outfits, large artsy workdesk, perfect backdrop for virtual from-desk meetings, attached large bathroom en suite with water closet, bidet (cool water), and separate soaker tub (please keep in mind that we do not offer jacuzzi options to adhere to quality charter and hygiene safety norms, we keep it cute and use jet-covers), shower filter, keypad suite entry. Our Housekeeper/Nanny comes every 2 weeks to clean the house and suites.

Energy Policy
This suite comes with its own thermostat, however, this is an energy-conscious space and we ask that we are all mindful of our energy consumption.
Please note our No-Shoe Policy
We remove our outside shoes at the door when entering the home to cut down on allergens. We provide house slippers. We invite you to feel real welcome and enjoy your stay.

Simple Food & Beverage Etiquette
Please feel free to use the Kitchen's appliances to store and prepare your food items. The fridge, Keurig, tea kettle, stove, and microwave, as well as shared wine glasses, plates, cups, and utensils are located in the kitchen on the second level of the home (downstairs from this suite).

No-Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed in the residence or on premises. If any smoking of any kind is detected during or after your stay, you agree to pay a cleaning fee plus any other fees and/or replacement costs deemed appropriate.

Cleaning
Our Housekeeper/Nanny comes every 2 weeks to clean the house and suites, however, we ask that our valued tenants are mindful and pick up after themselves.
Please wash and put away any pots and pans you use. Please place any trash in the corresponding receptacle.

Miscellaneous
We do not offer our address as the mailing service address for tenants, please get a P. O. Box or UPS Box (located nearby) to receive your mail .
Amazon Delivery and Food Delivery: OK.

Tour of space can be given in person and via video call.
