2b2b apartment $875/month - move in immediately

2b2b apartment; it is an upstairs unit. The room has no furniture in it. I have lived in this apartment for about 5 years.

The neighborhood is quiet and there's gas stations, grocery stores, and nice eating spots nearby. I love this place and go on almost daily walks.

The open room has been lived in (but cleaned to the best of my ability), but it is the bigger bedroom with a walk-in closet, and inside bathroom. I have two cats and absolutely keep control of the pet smell.

I value consideration and cleanliness: so, leaving the community spots as you found it with wiping down the stove, cleaning your used dishes with soap and water, sweeping up crumbs that you might have dropped. I will be doing the same.

The living room has couches but no TV as an fyi. The two bedrooms share a wall so just being mindful of being too loud will be appreciated as well.

I would like for us to have a schedule for taking out the kitchen trash - it is simply putting it outside the door but if we are both contributing to it, I would like for us to both being taking it out consistently. if you plan to use shared toiletries like paper towels, dish soap, sponges, laundry soap (I have an in-unit washer and dryer), etc. we should split the expenses for those.

I am an overall quiet person and keep to myself for the most part. I am friendly and helpful so there is also a possibility of friendship :). or we can just co-exist peacefully and separately.
