I am seeking a roommate in the East Atlanta area. I have a bedroom available for rent in my condo for $900/mo. Rent includes all utilities: gas, electricity, water, cable, internet. The room is furnished.

I have a friendly cat. Unfortunately I can’t take on additional pets.

The condo is situated in the cul-de-sac in the back of a gated community a few miles south of East Atlanta Village and about 10 minutes from the beltline. Marta bus stop right at the entrance to the community. Home is convenient to the airport (15-20 min.), downtown (10 min.), I-285, I-20.

Room Details: Rent: $900/month
Security Deposit: $800.

Applicant Requirements:
Lease: 6 months minimum.

You should be clean, friendly, team player, good communicator, and respectful of homeowner’s space and property.

About the roomie:
I am a working professional male who works from home. Basically a homebody, friendly, laid back, and allergic to drama. 😉 I’m down to earth and easy to get along with.
