Private room furnished with a queen sized bed, wood desk and wood shelving unit, available in a quiet, established home in Alpharetta. This is a home share, best suited for someone who prefers a calm, respectful living environment.

The room is 132sq ft on the second floor with carpeted floors, natural light, and a comfortable layout. The home includes a remodeled kitchen, shared bath access, and a peaceful setting with orchard trees and an outdoor solo stove for winter bonfires. Home Share is $940/month. Deposit is $200 (may be adjusted based on credit and background). Utilities, internet, heating and cooling are included.

Looking for a responsible, clean, and easygoing person. Minimum 6-month stay.
