I’m David. I’m currently renting a big house in Johns Creek (address was automatically switched to Alpharetta, but Idk how to change it), but will be traveling a lot for work over the next 6 months. I figure why make this house go to waste when others can enjoy its awesomeness. I’m a working professional, male, 36 years old. I do have a dog (a Great Dane) but she’ll be coming with me on my work travels This house is just under 3,000sf, has a pool in the backyard, an abundance of space inside, a HUGE kitchen, and a pretty spacious front yard too. I’m renting out 2 bedrooms at $1,000/month each.
