I’m a Navy veteran who works overnights from home. Usually pretty busy with FT and PT jobs. Social worker is my profession. Seeking quiet person to rent my furnished room that’s in home that I reside. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. My house is on bus line in SW Atlanta, very short walking distance to bus stop, H. E. Holmes nearest train stop less than 1.5 miles. You’ll have access to a shared washer and dryer. WiFi is included in rent. The room has own separate kitchen, bathroom, and separate entrance. Only one designated parking space. No smoking, nonsmoker. Seeking nonsmoker.. Rent includes utilities. Proof of income 2X the amount of rent required - monthly rent is $800. $250 deposit.
