Room for rent

• Bathroom: Shared bathroom with other roommate, also serves as the guest bathroom (must be kept clean at all times)
• Shared Spaces: Living room, kitchen, laundry, and patio (these areas must be kept clean)

House Rules & Expectations:
• No parties or random guests — this is a family home with a baby.
• No smoking inside; smoking permitted only outside.
• Must be responsible, respectful, and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.

Financial Requirements:
• Non refundable $100 deposit due before move in and rent due upon move in.
• Utilities split equally amongst us 4 monthly

Additional Notes:
• Looking for someone reliable, respectful, and family-friendly.
• Quiet hours 7 PM – 6 AM are expected since there is a baby in the home.

You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my partner Alijah, our baby boy Jayce, and an another female roommate. We’re a young family who keep things clean, organized, and low-key. Our priority is maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for our son, so we’re looking for someone who values respect, cleanliness, and responsibility. We’re friendly, easy to get along with, and want the home to feel comfortable for everyone who lives here.
