Subletting large room until October lease end

Hello! I’m looking to sublet my room until the lease ends in October. You’d get the largest bedroom (unfurnished) with a roomy closet on the bottom floor of the house. You have a private bathroom downstairs, but it doubles as a laundry room that is communal. You’ll have access to the communal spaces upstairs (living room, kitchen, deck) and a place to park in the driveway.
There are 3 roommates that are chill. There’s one cat and we are open to cats/ caged pets (hamsters, reptiles) if you have them! LGBTQ friendly required.
