TWO ROOMS available for rent!

This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home has been an incredible place for me to live for the past year. My roommate is moving out due to some financial issues, and I am in search of at least one more roommate! The house is awesome. The main level has an office, living room with fireplace, dining room, and huge kitchen. I have plates and silverware and most of the main-level furniture, but we could rearrange a bit if you had things to add. Upstairs, the two rooms available share a large bathroom and are empty for you. All of the windows in the house are large letting in lots of great natural light. I use the garage as a chill hang-out space, too. Smoking friendly. There’s also a back deck and the yard is really nice. The home isn’t too far from Halcyon, Avalon, NoFo Brewing, and more. I’m a low-key and chill 24-year-old guy. The landlord knows I’m in search of one to two more roommates. If we get two roommates, the rent would be $830 per person, but if there’s only one added, it’d be $1250. If we get along, the landlord would send a credit/background check which would cost $30. Move-in is available as soon as March 1st!
