Hello, were looking forward to meeting honest and responsible adults. This arrangement is based on a team effort. Everyone should clean up after themselves, indoors and outdoors. Please Keep the rooms clean. Inspection of each room will commence once a month. Please bring your own towels, blankets, appliances, tv, etc. Visitors allowed, must show drivers license. Maximum stay-over, no more than 3 times a month. No loud music, drugs, fights, and no cars on the side walk. We are not responsible for your laundry. You can use our machine 2 times a month. This is a self-help environment. Most of all, it's a friendly, peaceful stay. We will do all that we can to make your stay a happy one. However, if you can't abide by the above examples of what is expected then your lease will be terminated. To all those who find these terms acceptable, "Welcome to our home."
