Hello, were looking forward to meeting honest and responsible adults. We have a spacious/second master bedroom with a private bathroom. Lots of storage, huge closet, and a nice view. There's a music, and video room. Decks are outdoors for your comfort and a solarium. The kitchen and parking is available. Inspection once a month. Please bring your own towels, blankets, appliances, tv, etc. Visitors allowed, must show drivers license. Maximum stay-over, no more than 4 times a month. This neighborhood is peaceful. Security is throughout the home and area. Laundry is available 4 times a month. This is a self-help environment. Most of all, it's a friendly, peaceful stay, no drama. We will do all that we can to make your stay a happy one. The lease will be terminated if drama occurs. All those who find these terms acceptable, "Welcome to our home."
