Clean and Finished private entrance

My daughter and I are not actively social. We tend to stay to ourselves both of us do not drink or smoke and we occupy the upstairs. We have a unique beautiful finished basement. That is an unoccupied with a private entrance two car garage and if you have a car that is electric and needs charging, we have outlets! I work from home as a live stream Commercial insurance inspector day-to-day!

There’s a three car garage. One is standalone and the other two are attached to the house with a private entrance.

The house sits on 1.7 acres there is a front porch and a deck off of the kitchen. The house sits in a cul-de-sac.

At most, I may have family coming in from Pennsylvania because they have a Daughter here that goes to Clark.

I’m looking for a decent person, preferably a female professional that doesn’t participate in a wildlife style or have a wild background to occupy this space and share common areas!

I’m more of a laid-back individual. I have a good personality. Looking for a good match for a roommate.
