I am renting out a room in my home, which I think would be ideal for a woman. My 16-year-old son and I live in the house, and you will share a bathroom with him only for showering purposes. A half-bathroom is also provided. Both my son and I are clean and respectful of each other's space. We value our privacy and prefer a peaceful living environment. No pets are permitted at this time, until we can assess whether this arrangement is a good fit. I am looking for a reliable and responsible individual to rent the room.
